Do I need to provide anything for the detailing service?
Yes, to ensure we can deliver the highest quality service, we require access to a standard outdoor water source and a regular electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of your vehicle. Please ensure these are available at your chosen service location.
How long will the detailing service take?
The duration depends on the package you choose and the size/condition of your vehicle. Our maintenance package takes approximately 2 hours, while our deep clean can take 4-5 hours. The add-ons can also take about 1 hour each! We’ll provide a more accurate time estimate when you book.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash and e-transfer. You only pay once the job is finished and you are satisfied with the results!
What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
As a mobile service, weather can impact our ability to detail outdoors. We will monitor the forecast and communicate with you if we need to reschedule due to rain or extreme temperatures.
What if I have specific concerns or requests for my vehicle?
We are happy to accommodate specific requests. Please let us know about any particular areas of concern or special instructions when you book your service.
When I met Alex, I handed my car over to him for a wash, and towards the end, we could see a very big difference between the washing job Alex did and the car washes. Alex took his time to thoroughly clean my car. Alex easily spotted residue that the car wash often forgot to wash. There were large stains on my car seats that were still difficult to remove, but Alex found a way to remove them properly. No stains appear on the seats.
I am very satisfied with the work he did and I will definitely call him for these services. No more need to go to car washes.
